Eligibility Criteria
- Permanent resident of Assam
- Aadhar-seeded ration card holder
- Specific categories, including:
- Women aged 18+ from households
- Widows, unmarried women (45+), divorced, deserted, and transgender individuals
- Divyangjan individuals
- Elderly or infirm women
- Women from households with disabled or elderly earners
- Women with specific medical conditions (HIV, Thalassemia, hemophilia, cerebral palsy, leprosy, or Autism)
- Women without a permanent place to live
Ineligibility Criteria
- Households of MPs, MLAs, CEMs, EMs, or their ex-counterparts
- Members of panchayat raj, urban local bodies, and autonomous councils
- Certain professionals (doctors, engineers, architects, CAs, lawyers, bankers, and teachers)
- Government contractors, real estate agents, industrialists, trade license holders, businessmen, and income tax payers
- Households with motorized four-wheelers
- Marginal landholders
- Beneficiaries of similar cash schemes like “Orunodoi Plus”
